Pricing and Payment Options:

• whatever day of the month you rent, that is the day rent is due each month
• we offer if you pay 11 months you get the 12th month free
• we do a paid waiting list, you come in fill out a lease, pay the security deposit and then you are guaranteed to get the call for the next one available
• rent $65*, security deposit $65*
• we accept cash, check, money order

Security and Accessibility:

• you supply your own lock – we strongly recommend the round disk lock style which we have available in the office for purchase
• units are accessible 24-hours a day
• there is security lighting on the outside of all the buildings
• office is on premises
